Such approaches serve to alleviate any poverty threats since the continuous investments lead to i ncreased employment opportunities (OECD 52). These opportunities also translate to increased per capita incomes, and innovativeness due to the presence of investment capital amongst the country’s population. On the contrary, South Africa lags behind in establishing the desired political climate for the domestic and potential foreign investors. ...
